Exploring the Best Accessible, Inclusive and Friendly Wedding Vendors in Cleveland: An Unforgettable Journey

August 1st, 2026

Last week, my wife and I found ourselves in Ohio – her for locum dental work and me for the pleasure of capturing an incredible wedding in Northeast Ohio. What started as a simple trip turned into a wonderful opportunity to explore and engage with some of the best wedding vendors in Cleveland and Northeast Ohio.

The highlight of this trip was undoubtedly the time spent with my favorite and preferred vendors. What set these vendors apart was their accessibility, inclusivity, and the amazing staff who made each visit a unique experience. They are the unsung heroes behind every successful wedding, ensuring everything runs smoothly and that every guest feels welcome and included.

Truss Events was the first on my list. Their attention to detail and eye for design is simply unmatched. From their choice of venue to their event planning prowess, they truly stand out in their field.

Next, I visited Gordon Green. I have a soft spot for their super accessible 150-year-old building which oozes character and charm. Their commitment to inclusivity and accessibility is truly commendable and a testament to their business ethos.

Wagner’s of Westlake and Urban Orchid were next on my route. Wagner’s of Westlake offers an exquisite venue that is both elegant and welcoming. Urban Orchid, an LGBT owned business, took my breath away with their floral designs. They are, without a doubt, the best florists I have ever come across with the coolest all around staff!

Lake Affect Studios, Windows on the River, The Lantern Room/Penthouse Events, Collab Concepts, Radiant Bride, and Engaged with Nora were equally impressive with their unique offerings. From Lake Affect Studios' art-infused space to the stunning views at Windows on the River, the unique decor at The Lantern Room and Penthouse Events CLE, the innovative concepts and myriad of spaces catering to modern micro weddings at Collab Concepts, the beautiful gowns at Radiant Bride, and the fantastic, modern and FUN wedding planning services at Engaged with Nora, it was a treat to experience the diversity and creativity on display.

Each of these businesses goes above and beyond to create unique, accessible, and inclusive experiences, making them a joy to work with. So, if you're planning a wedding in Cleveland or Northeast Ohio, these vendors should definitely be on your radar and I personally love working with them.

In this journey, I was reminded once again of the importance of inclusivity and accessibility in the wedding industry and that these are not values that are unique to my brand at Classic Vibe Weddings. The vendors I visited are helping me in leading the way in ensuring that every wedding is a celebration for all. This trip was more than just a work gig or short vacay, it was an affirmation of the beauty of diversity and the power of inclusion.
